Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and refunds are handled for
Wire & Wrench Solutions remote troubleshooting consultations.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Before a consultation is accepted
If a request is reviewed and does not look like a good fit for remote troubleshooting, Wire & Wrench
Solutions may recommend a different option, suggest a local professional, or decline the request before
scheduling/payment is completed.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. In most cases, a consultation can be
moved to another available time if notice is provided before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations before the appointment
Cancellations requested with reasonable notice before the appointment may be eligible for a refund or
reschedule. Payment processing fees, if any, may not be refundable depending on the payment provider.
Late arrivals and missed appointments
If you are late, the consultation may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. Missed
appointments or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund because the time was reserved and unavailable
for other customers.
After the consultation begins
Once a consultation has started and time has been provided, refunds are generally not available. The
service being purchased is time, attention, troubleshooting strategy, and practical guidance, not a
guaranteed repair outcome.
Unsafe or unsuitable issues
If an issue becomes clearly unsafe, code-related, high voltage, fuel-related, emergency-related, or
better handled by a local professional, the consultation may stop or shift into planning the safest next
step. That does not automatically mean the session is refundable.
How to request help
To ask about a refund, cancellation, or reschedule, use the contact page and include your name,
appointment details, and the reason for the request.
